Chinese Five Spiced Pork Country Ribs

Sauce for Ribs:

3 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce

2 Tablespoons Honey

1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce

1 Tablespoon dark Chinese Soy

2-3 Chinese Five Spice 

Mix together and set aside. 

Glaze for later: 

2 Tablespoons Honey

1 Tablespoon Dark Soy

1) Season Country Ribs with Salt and Pepper (I like to use our Szechuan Pepper Salt) and Toss in sauce for ribs. 

Place them on a rack over a foil lined sheet pan and into 375 degree oven or closed indirect heat grill. Cook until 155 degrees remove and cover with foil and allow to stand 15 minutes. Then glaze the ribs with the glaze mix. Grilling a few oranges, larger green onions along side makes a nice platter if serving family style with Rice and ginger buttered Chinese Brocolli
