Bloody Mary London Broil

Some of our customers have used the Bloody Mary Mix for all kinds of things and we heard about this idea from several so...we tried it! Outstanding is all I can say. We followed the simple directions for making a bloody Mary and used that for the marinade. We let it marinate for about  2 hours fired up the grill and when it was hot ( now about 2 1/2 hours in marinade) we slapped it on the grill reserving some of the marinade. Just before we were ready to pull it from the heat and let it stand we poured the reserved marinade over it. after it stood nearly 10 minutes we sliced it on a bias and served it as a steak salad with a Roasted Corn and Black Bean salad.
